If you want to overkill Jumbo (and after a battle that long, you'll want to get 2 Magic Spheres instead of just one, won't you?), you'll need to use Ultima against it with a character with Break Damage Limit, 255 Magic, and Turbo MP (even with 255 Magic, Ultima won't always do 99999 damage to the SOB).
