I have a problem

when I shut down computer, it will shut down so long altough the computer is new. It takes from 5-10 min. Can someone help me?? it`s not my computer, it`s my father`s computer. What can I do?

Uhhhh, usually that happens to pc's SOMETIMES, like, depends what you were doing on the pc. A lot of stuff and stuff usually means it'll like, take longer to shut down. But if thats not it, then take it back, or do a complete system scan.

Maybe it's one of your programs on your computer that takes a very long time to shut down. Try finding out what program it is and if you need that program or not. There's probably some error in that program making it harder to shut down. So maybe try installing it again if you would like to keep it.

Oh, and as Levian mentioned, it's probably a program (or two) running on the computer that cause it to take so long to shut down.
