I have used Tidus' Energy Rain hundreds of times but I can't get Blitz Ace .

Do you get it Different way than the other Overdrives (Btw I'm not sure does Blitz Ace come after Energy Rain)?

Plz help me.

just keep on using it. once youve gotten energy rain you must use it 80 times to get blitz ace so just keep trying.

TOP TIP: set overdrive mode to slayer and equip his celestial weapon, then go to bikanel dessert. u only need to kill 2 things to fill his overdrive and everything appears in 3 (mostly!) and cos u kill them all with energy rain, it just fills his bar back up immediately!!!

Yes they do. According to the Strategy guide i have, which is done by Brady games, it states you need to preform 80 successful overdrives to obtain Blitz Ace.

the guides must be different. i have the piggyback guide which says, and i quote "you will get blitz ace after you have used energy rain 80 time, regardless of success!"

I would go with brady guides on this, as I rarely used energy rain, preferring to get the multiple hits from slice and dice.

oo big mistake. and besides wen it all adds up, energy rain is better.

Every time i would get Blitz Ace at the High Bridge. I even had a tally chart of how many overdrives i did.

Well it seems that they are wrong. Why would you be rewarded for doing something that you are not successful with? Do you get a good average for failing tests? Do you get first place for failing to win a race? No you don't.

Your guide is mis-informed. The overdrive needs to be successful inorder to obtain it. Nuff said.

Only if you can't hit it. Of course, when you're doin more tahn 9999 dmg, blitz ace is great, even if you don't hit the ball. Nothin like doing 999999 * 6 dmg.
