Default Is there a way to change the keyboard settings for ff7?

I currently have a laptop playing ff7 pc version. I am stuck at a part where I have to save a girl on the beach and have to give her respitory system. It tell me to press the the switch button which is CTRL but I only have a left ctrl button and thats basically the problem I have, It won't do a thing when I press it. I am guessing it is nomrally for the right ctrl button. Is there some sort of configuration for the keyboard settings?

Just take the keys off and put them back on the spots you need.

Are you trying to be funny? That doesn't help at all. Be more constructive if you can. Anyone here has had the same problem or knows a way to fix this?

Before that scene, go to the menu (the in game one, the same one where you change Materia and Equipment), go to options (or maybe its config, can't remember), go to the controls, and make the Switch button something else.
My friend Delzethin is currently running a GoFundMe account to pay for some extended medical troubles he's had. He's had chronic issues and lifetime troubles that have really crippled his career opportunities, and he's trying to get enough funding to get back to a stable medical situation. If you like his content, please support his GoFundMe, or even just contribute to his Patreon.

He can really use a hand with this, and any support you can offer is appreciated.
