I can't remember either xD I just know that one goes either clockwise or counter-clockwise one space, and the other goes halfway across. and a third might go the opposite of teh first one.

Then each tower itself controls a certain panel.

Just. . try trial and error and eventually you'll get it and a lot of levels too xd
