You use it by saving the pic and then joining something like photobucket: http://photobucket.com/login.php?
then you insert the IMG code onto the sig place in the User CP and there you are!!! Thats how i do it at least!
If you still can't do it, PM me and i'll explain better! It took me a while to get use to it too!
