I'm told headphones/earphones can be used as a make-shift mic. i.e. they can pick up sounds almost as good as they can send them out.

Yes yes. You can use headphones as a mic. Plus it in where the mic should go then record. And say whatever. Say yo yo yo. or Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. anythin will do. this is just in pure fun.
