    Default Japan

My high school is sponsering a trip to Japan. I really want to go. But the thing is it cost's 2000$. To my family thats a lot of money ><.
But I could get a job and try to get enough money to go. We will stay there for a month. Do you think I should do it?

It really depends on how long you have to make the money. It's a fantastic opportunity--I know I would try to save up enough to go on a trip like that.

wtp $2000? ;_; That's as much as it's costing my family for me to go to the UK and france

If you can get the money, definitely do it.

One thing my life has taught me (zomp how cliche) is that really you ought to take every opportunity you get, as you'll probably enjoy it, and you can always pretend you're not really there.

Totally. If you're getting a job and saving it yourself, it doesn't matter how much that money means to your family. They won't be the ones having to chuck it out. Though it'd take 2 or 3 months to save that on the average part time job at minimum wage. Depends on how you score on that fare. Though I'd probably keep the reason for wanting a job a secret. Nobody's gonna want to hire you knowing you're only planning on working 2 months and then leaving the country for a month.

I would suggest going to Japan. But it also depends on your age, and whatnot. But Japan is a great place to have fun if you know what's their. Make sure you have a japanese/english speaking friend.

But I'd advise you to go sometime in your life, asia is always a beautiful place to be apart of. ^^

A month in Japan for $2000 is a bargain. It COSTS me that much just to fly there sometimes. Plus, the things you have the potential to experience there are endless. I go to Japan almost every year and it only gets better each time I go. Also, if you're looking to learn the language, there's no quicker way than absolute immersation.

i think u shoud go but there r 2 problems

1 could u get the money in time?

2 do u know how to speek japaniese?

and a suggestion is if u can get the money in time u can ask to borrow it from your mum and dad. then after u earn the money and give it back to them. it may be alot of money but to me it is worth it! i hope u get there!
