The force of the impact would be enough to turn the bug's mass into pure energy. Right down to the smallest level. That much mass, converted, would be enough raw energy to generate an explosion that would take out this planet, and the solar system. Might even be enough to destroy the sun properly.

Either that, or it'd create a black hole, and implode the system instead of exploding it. Depends on if you go with Einstein's model of relativity and mass, or Hawkin's revised relativity. Doesn't matter to us, though, as our planet and everything on it is atomized within the first half of a millisecond.
