    Default 9600 XT 256MB 8X AGP prob.

    Well I recently bought a new videocard, because my old one sucked. I try playing BF2 and it doesn't play the game, as well as my other games. So I don't know what to do, because I never had this problem before. I tried re-install the drivers, and updating drivers and all and it still doesnt work. Especially Guild Wars where it will say : Failed to intialize 3D output...

    This is what it says when I try running the visual tests:
    //=====================================================
    // ATI Sushi Error Log Created 9/22/2005 10:31 pm
    //=====================================================
    [AwFn.cpp] (line 437): D3DAw Error: AwInitWindow - Unable to find an acceptable display adapter
    [Main.cpp] (line 557): AwInitWindow returned FALSE! Unable to create window! Quitting!

    Defective card or incompatible with your MB, maybe. I'll try to catch Squally and ask him, I know he had a problem with a mix of video card + mb that didn't work.

    And then there is Death

    Hmm. ITs work great now that I installed different drivers, the DNA-ATI Radeon drivers. The one that came with the retail box sucked. Oh and Battlefield 2 is great....
