I'd say that my fave is Vincent or Sephiroth, although Cloud is close. Vincent is just cool, and Sephiroth... Eight foot long sword, ability to destroy planets etcetra. Score!

it comes close between cloud and cid, but cloud probably tips it. its just so much easier to keep ur hp high tahn it is ur mp with ultimate weapons
Why do you imprison your saviour?
Cid's absolutely awesome. I just love his attitude, the whole cigarette in a mounth thing, the way he runs (yeah guys, the way he runs) and also, he's an excellent fighter.
Not only that, but he was a frog as I defeated Safer Sephiroth, and then amgically transformed himself back into a normal person for the ending sequence. Only Cid could do that!
Cid. He's funny, swears alot, runs funny, and has a spear (not that that really matters but its just cool).
Cid rules for obvious reasons.
