I try not to be too much of a trend whore when it comes to clothes. I wear what I feel comfortable in, and what I consider to be stylish. I don't let the current trends dictate what I wear. Like the whole hobo, bag lady look that's going on right now? No way. Those "please feed me" outfits need to melt into the pile of cheap trash that they resemble.
But I do consider high fashion to be a viable art form and I make it a point to see what designers like Elie Saab, Gaultier, and Vallentino are dishing out every year. Elie Saab dresses are godly.
I sure hope they are!
I'm a total trend whore, so I'll reserve my judgement on the lampshade issue until I've had a browse around H&M.

Lampshades already are, I wear one on my head 24-7.

I do not understand fashion, nor do I wish to.
i once wore a lampshade as a mini skirt while working the street.
I wear whatever I think looks good on me and am comfortable, if it is the latest fashion, then fine. If not, then fine.
About the lampshades, no.
