$12.95 a month to play, with one character. An additional dollar per character after that per month, and another dollar per month if you wanna play Tetra Master.

If you live in the US you can get a special pack that has FFXI, RoZ and CoP Expansions for a measly 30 bucks.

No one said it was $30 a month to play it, it's 12.99 dollars a month to play. -_-;

You buy the whole thing in one bundle (original + 2 expansions), and you pay 12.95 a month to play the game. You don't need to pay any extra for the expansions.

12.95 a month is all you pay, that's it. 1 extra dollar if you want another character (which you wouldn't at the moment, unless you have someone else wanting to play).

Yeah but stores like EB games have you buy it seperately with both being 30 bucks it kinda sucks really.

Yeah, you can get a DVD bundle that has them all. Or if you live in Europe / Australia, you get them all in one box anyways (that's how it was released here).
