    Obviously. If you really wanted you could rename every character that can be renamed Zidane, but I really don't see the point.

    that is indeed the case.

    in my situation, im giving Zidane the Loner overdrive mode, so I make my other two characters escape, while Zidane requips brotherhood and defends, and then overdrives. Sometimes he is killed, but since the other two members had just escaped, it only ends the battle.
