Froot Loops or Rice Crispies. It has to be Kelloggs, not the generic stuff. Of course, I very rarely eat cereal at all. I find most of it to be disgusting. I also don't get up in time to eat breakfast, usually.
Rice Krispies with just milk, no sugar or anything, or Cocoa Pops. I never eat cereal, though.
Apple jacks and pops. Fruit loops and frosted flakes are also good.
