    Default Modifying GIF files

If I have a gif file that I want to resize, even though its sort of a video gif or whatever (take my attachment for example) is there a program I can use to resize it so I can make it bigger or smaller while maintaining the moving picture?

Photoshop and PSP for sure, no idea about the other programs.

Use ImageReady, Photoshop doesn't keep movement. It's not designed for it, that's why it's interchangable with ImageReady. If you're not willing to buy/download those... I don't know, that's what I use, I've never really used anything else, except paint, and we know THAT doesn't work.

What Raven Nox said. Also, there's animation shop, but that program doesn't save things with very good quality like imageready does.

ImageReady should be installed when you install Photoshop, so yeah, it's what I meant.

GIMP will do it too, if you already have that
