    Default UK RELEASE DATE

    We wont have to wait til 2007!!!!!!

    It has now been confirmed that the release date of Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children is the 14th of September 2005 in Japan. It had previously been supposed that the United States release would coincide with this, though Square-Enix are now denying they have stipulated a release date. Therefore, the United States and European / UK release date is still unconfirmed, though it is suspected to be released in late 2005 or early 2006 (but not 2007, don’t worry!).

    If they release it here, I'm waiting. You want to support your favorite company, right?

    Besides, I'm spending a lot of time studying, so if it comes out like at Christmas, I'd be ok with that. I'd be able to concentrate on that and FFVII instead of studying. I'm too occupied with college to wait.

    It wouldn't of anyway, the difference between Pal and NTSC releases is at most 4 months I think

    I agree, but I dont really trust mail order kinda things.....id rather buy it from a shop.

    I've already seen it myself, but in Japanese with English subs. So I'm looking forward to that! Hopefully it'll come out this year so I can get it as an xmas pressie!

    Play.com have it down for 20th of january in the UK...

    That is subject to change of course, but a good indication of when they HOPE to have it out. Stick an extra month on for the inevitable last minute delay, and it should be out in the UK before March...
