Hello, what is the estimated release date? I cant wait to play this, it could turn out to be the best final fantasy. Oh yeh another thing, Because of the monsters andother clans being seen on screen without random battles, will it make the game load really slow? I bloody hope not.

I don't see how it would amke the game run slow; I've played plenty of games where the monsters were on screen, and they ran just fine (both the monsters and the game).

it will me released in japan sometime around march but US is still unannounced.US will probably have it a couple months later.

I expect november in the US. That's about 8 months from Jap release, which is about the norm for most games.

Sq-E announced that the Japan release date is March 16th. Take in consideration the time for translation, and fixing some minor bugs...probably anywhere from July to September of 2006 for NA. But they will probably make it a 'Holiday seaons' release so they can get more money.

As for Europe and Australia...have fun waiting an extra couple of years before getting it. I'll have played through countless times by then. xD

why is it taking years for this game to be released! they finished this years ago!

I can wait, knowing what they did with FF10, the UK and the Rest of Europe will proberly get the international version again, while the US are stuck with the out of date version.

Also, there is 2-3 more FF games to come out before then, so that will pass the time untill 12 is released.
