If you do a general search for "final fantasy vii" on itunes store and click on the OST, you should be able to buy it. It's down near the bottom of the tracklist. There is also a live version you can get from the album 20020220: Music from Final Fantasy.

2. smack yourself for having Itunes
3. Go to the search bar and put in your key words
4. Double click one of the song directories found through the search to begin download
5. Wait
6. wait
7. You sure have a slow computer
8. When 100% finished it should be added to your libary of songs
9. Click on the song you downloaded and listen to it
10. Let me come over to kiss smack you for having Itunes...

I'll give them more support when they stop letting their standards slip and start releasing all of their games and products in my country and at the same time they release it elsewhere. Until then they can piss off.
