You can add people you don't know, but they don't need to accept you.

I have quite a few people on my list ( to lazy to add them myself so they usually add me then I accept and add ) but no one ever IMs me.

What I hate about MSN is that you can't rename your contacts. In Y!M I can rename BoB to, for instance, Dame Edna, and then I know it is him, and he has no idea that I named him that. Well, now he does, but see my point here. In MSN I just keep forgetting who the hell some people are, since they keep changing their name and have mail adresses I don't remember.

I get added to MSN a lot. Currently, i have two MSN Contact Groups. "Fools" and Non-Fools"

If the person who added me turns out to be cool, and we have regular conversations, they go to "Non-Fools". However, one person is an exception. Primus Inter Parus, although hes cool, is always on "Fools", as a joke between us xD

I myself, dont add people to IM unless they ask me too.
