The interpretation I give to this lead me to conclude that when shumis are possessed their body became like that of the one who possesses them.

Forget the "mass" thingy.
What I mean is that when a young shumi is possessed by an adult the shumi will look like a teenager obviously.
Zone has no pain on his stomach.He has pains on his legs but he is good to desguise it.
