Are you actually judging that from US propaganda and Stalinism? Or did you even research what happens to none workers under Marxism? And to answer I'm my own MILF's question. Nothing happens,(No literally) they wont recieve nothing you dont work you wont recieve the benefits.
So they are working under threat of starvation. How is this in any way not force?
