My suggeston is to run it through an auto-translator. It doesn't always make prefect sense, but it should be understandable. The one I use doesn't have Filipino though, but I'm sure you can google for one that does. I'll go search for one.
EDIT: Jeez... I can't find any free ones that have Filipino. -_- Sorry, I tried, but I'm not really search savvy anyway. xD
