This is the Dion Rogers design, she/he, I don't care what it is, created this a cg Rinoa for a contest and won and now it's all over the place. So this is just fancy Fanart.

That is one of the best fanarts I know of on the intarwebs. It was done for a contest at a 3d rendering community, and I don't remember if that guy won or not, but he did very well in it.
For a 3d render that had a limitation on the number of polygons to be used (they had to show a screen shot as proof) I think it's one heck of a job. The guy's original design sketches are sorta cute, if not really disneyesque xD
if you want something that looks horrid, find the texture maps for the render

You guys, why are you being so mean to her? Don't listen to these guys, Lady Selphie. There is an FFVIII-2. I know because I have it. However, as far as I know you can only purchase it with the Final Fantasy Odyssey package. It's very difficult to find, even on places like Ebay, but it's definetly worth the time, money, and effort to get it. I suggest you get yourself a copy. totally worth it.

Any way, I want to listen different opinions. Thanks for your defencerinoa's style in that picture looks like a rip off of rikku's and yuna's styles mixed together from ffx-2.

Rinoa DOES look kind of different. I liked her first outfit more. The new one (which the person who designed it) isn't exactly her style in my opinion.
I dont think there is enough of a story line open to do a sequel.
