Anyone know a way to do this? I've tried everything I could think of.

Sorry, I can't think of anything. If the game options won't let you, it's probably not possible. Unless it works with f4....

Try pressing Alt and Enter at the same time. That's the key combo that toggles between window and fullscreen for most windows programs. I'm not sure if it will work for FFVII, but it's worth a shot. If it doesn't work, then you can't play FFVII in a window. Sorry.
My friend Delzethin is currently running a GoFundMe account to pay for some extended medical troubles he's had. He's had chronic issues and lifetime troubles that have really crippled his career opportunities, and he's trying to get enough funding to get back to a stable medical situation. If you like his content, please support his GoFundMe, or even just contribute to his Patreon.

He can really use a hand with this, and any support you can offer is appreciated.

You can always alt + tab out, unlike FF8's PC incarnation. It has helped my memory immensly though.
There is no signature here. Move along.

Actually, Alt + Tab always worked fine on FF8 for me.
