When did Zelos get his wings??? ToS (Spoilers)
Okay... when you fight Zelos (if you choose the Kratos route in Flanoir) he has bright yellow angel wings... but he never had his Cruxis Crystal equipped until the meeting with Seles, which was only 3 or 4 scenes earlier. Colette got her wings in a blessing from Cruxis upon reaching the first seal, at which time she had her Cruxis Crystal equipped. Zelos didn't go on a journey of regeneration, and thusly had no blessing from Cruxis, and thusly should not have wings.
People like Sheena had already entered the temple dungeon places earlier in there lifetimes. Its pretty possible that Zelos had been escorted to one of the seals earlier in his lifetime. Or maybe its not, I havent played the game in a while. Maybe the creators didnt care.
True... but Sheena and others entered the Temples of Tethe'alla to Summon Spirits. If the Summon Spirits are active, then the location is no longer an active seal. Also, I believe that Zelos says that he never went on a journey of regeneration. Even if he hadn't said that, we can infer it since he was still alive, and Colette was the only Chosen to abandon the journey.
Also... what good is a MALE Chosen as a vessel for Martel?
Well I've finished the game many times but I can only think that:
Zelos didn't need a transformation because his world he lived in was prosering but Collete's wasn't that's why she needed to be transformed so at the same time she could save the world!
And also Zelos wasn't going to be Martel's vessel, he was acctually born to save his world when it needed to be saved and if he tried to be martel's vessel he wouldn't match well and he would be a failed chosen and so he would end up like the coffins in the tower of salvation. Collete happened to be the perfect body so she got mocked all the time!

I know this... but Mithos/Yggdrasill (and Remiel, and Rodyle, and many others) states that the Chosen is nothing but a vessel for Martel. T^he gift of wings is a 'blessing from Cruxis' (Remiel), which Zelos didn't get because he had no journey of regeneration. All he did was make sweet love to every girl in Meltokio.
I can only think that either there was so much mana in Tethe'alla that he could do it instantly or he did it before hand.
