more mog house troubles

for some reason, I cant find how to take furniture out of my mog house. I really want to sell my crappy workbench.

and I have another question. if I had 2 workbenches, would I have twice the moghancement?

Yes each furniture gives off a power of its element. Try looking at ffxi.somepage.com for details about that.

Try taking things OUT of your storage first, then take out your furniture from layout, then the safe.
