10,000 on Grahf, even though I think Necron's strengths would normally counterbalance Grahf's.

The game room flickered into the shape of a sprawling cityscape as Grahf faced down Necron.
One one side Necron hovered easily in the air, watching Grahf's movements. In the other, Grahf stood on top of his massive, bat-winged gear, it's arms folded and its eyes glowing.
"BEGIN!"
Grahf jumped down from his gear and landed on one of the virtual buildings.
"Are you not going to get into that toy of yours?" Necron asked calmly.
"It is not necessary for the likes of you," Grahf replied, equally calmly.
"We shall see," Necron said, magic arcing around body.
"FLARE!"
Necron stretched his palm outward and hurled a burst of flame at Grahf. Without making any visible movements, Grahf blurred, and was suddenly standing on the building just adjacent to the one he had been standing on just moments before.
The magic crushed the virtual construct, causing it to fall to the ground and dissipate into millions of pixels.
"HOLY!" Necron yelled, this time raising his hand to the sky.
Once again, Grahf blurred and the next building exploded into pixels as Grahf appeared on yet another.
Before Necron could act again Grahf blurred once more, charging towards Necron. He unleashed a series of barehanded attacks, finishing with a barrage of energy balls that blasted Necron backwards.
Recovering, Necron raised his arms and gathered energy to him, unleashing it upon Grahf.
Grahf easily dodged to the side and assaulted Necron's flank, striking him open-palmed with two successive blows before leaping into the air and rising up, kicking Necron repeatedly.
Necron grunted and unleashed a blast of Lightning magic that expanded outward. Grahf easily jumped back and landed on another building, dodging the attack. Gathering energy into his hands, he jumped into the air and began throwing them at Necron, the balls of energy exploding on impact and covering Necron with smoke.
The smoke suddenly dissipated as a massive burst of magical energy spiraled outward from where Necron was standing, moving towards Grahf and destroying not only the virtual constructs but much of the game room itself.
Grahf blurred from building to building and backflipped into his gear, the cockpit closing and the gear moving to block the attack just before it struck.
The blast of the magical attack pushed the gear backwards slightly, but not by very much.
Wings extending, the gear burst forward, energy swirling around it. Slamming into Necron, the gear unleashed a series of vicious punches, before delivering one final, energized kick that blasted Necron into and through the wall.
As the battered blue being strove to rise, the gear darted forward, flying through Necron and tearing him asunder with its hands, hurling the flesh aside casually before streaking off into the night.

Poor Golbez doesn't stand a chance.I mean, how can he compete against Sephy? Sephiroth's got hordes of raving fanboys/fangirls and Cloud as his gay lover. Golby only has a mop as his incestuous gay lover. IT DOESN'T BALANCE!
While I don't think Sephiroth will win the tournament I think he has this round, it's not the one I see him losing in.
