Kefka has power but Grahf has incredible speed and hasn't been touched by a spell yet, I think he will be this round but he will definitely avoid some. He also can switch in and out of his gear (I don't remember) but I assume he has some abilities he hasn't used yet. If I can change my vote (which was a weird vote) I'd like to make it:
