My current one was made from combining me and a friend's names (Ryan and Chase). My older one, Dark_Paladin_Cecil, was "inspired" by Final Fantasy IV. the only other I use is Maj. Pain on a Call of Duty server's forum. It's oh so spiffy and unique.

Samuraid seems to be common in some places as it's a logical variant of "Samurai D" thus, I can't always get that screen name when I sign up at certain places.
