My most recent tomfooleries in this place and my subsequent repentance has made me think about such an idea. Can we create a usergroup to be banned from Neel for a specified amount of time?
However, that might lead way to a "silence-the-Neel" Nazism.

Kishi knows the score, although, that can be voluntarily changed... would this be a punishment or reward?
