On the psx, lunar games, suikoden games
On the ps2, Disgaea.

I agree that Suikoden is rare, £50 on ebay, Disgaea aint rare IMO, I always see it in the shops, well in Uk.....

The pal version of disgaea lacks japanese voices, and is nowhere near as rare as the US release.
