They're connected. You eat all the food and it's nasty saturated fat! and then you get fat! and you get a back ache from having to lift all your fat! around.

Eating greasy foods sure doesn't do anything to help out your body in any way, but I really can't see it giving you a back ache. Unless you are overweight and out of shape because then it would just contribute to more of the same and eventually you will be feeling all sorts of pain. But I don't think you're in that category so maybe you just strained a muscle or something.
