A pathetic little Metroid is nothing to Diablo's powers.
I'm not so sure about that. Metroid can absorb almost all forms of energy, including the very life force of their opponents. They are immune to practically all forms of attack, with their one weakness being cold attacks. Diablo is much more of a fire based entity. He has awesome power, certainly, but is it enough to overcome an entity that can absorb or nullify almost all forms of energy..?

I really have no idea...you would think that Diablos the essence of evil would beat a Metroid...easily too. Just because he is fire based doesnt mean he cant have some ice up his sleeve too. And last i think Plasma Beam can kill Metroids(at least in Prime). So Diablos.
