I see well, my uncle got my mom into FF and she got me into it when I was 4. xD And then I used to watch horror movies with my dad quite a bit... so yeah, my parnets would be fine. =)

I would gladly watch it with my parents, but my dad's never home for that long at one time, and my mom just doesn't give a smurf.

A bunch of friends and I got together and watched it (used duel S-video to set up the TV as a primary display), and given that it's more an enjoyable action film than a moving storytelling experience, I had no problem watching it with a few of the friends who've never played the game.

EDIT: I'm sayin' I wouldn't mind seeing it with any non-series fan, parents included.

Sure, why not. It's not really their thing but I wouldn't have any problems with having them watch it with me. They probably wouldn't be too entertained though.
