How can you have a similiar personality to Seifer without being arrogant? Other than that what was he? He was gullible because of being caught up in his own dreams. That's connected to his arrogance. He acted 'cool' again part of his arrogance. Some people say he's insecure but that would also be caught up in that. So it seems to me Seifer's character was mostly based around being arrogant. BTW I thought he was great and really enjoyed the scene at the end of the 3rd disk with him, I just don't see how you could be similiar without being arrogant. (I used that word too much this post).
