All in all, this game just took the biscuit. If you have not got this game and were somehow thinking of buying it, take a step back, and just walk away slowly. If you have actually got the game, I pity you, and feel your pain. Just lock it up in the cupboard and crash Square-Enix’s computers with hatemail. That will send them back to their Hentai porn videos.

So the reviews/rating/sales just denied it. So you will only find yourself liking or hating it not by some "Truth" around here.

Even it is not meant to be serious, I guess that are enough negative opinions of FF X-2 in this forum and making this thread just make things worse.

the sales are not fantastic, people seemed impressed that it hit a million mark, If all games square games had 10-2 sales figures they would be broke by now... I often find reviews from offical sites and magazines a tad one sided, anyone can point out the worst games in history and have been given good reviews by the offical sites and mags.

The sales were amazing actually (I'm including Japan), and it won RPG of the year in Japan. It has a huge fanbase, and I can see why. If any FF were to appeal to a female audience it was this one. Also, the sex appeal brought alot of fanboys to it.

I personally had a great time with it. Is it the greatest FF ever? Certainly not in my opinion, but it was still fun. I don't see why people need to go on and on about how much it sucks...I mean, there are things you could do against the game that required less effort and wasted less time....like, not playing it and ignoring it's exsistence.

Old manus i couldent agree with you more . Final Fantasy X-2 was the worst FF game and the most overrated RPG game ever.

What pisses me off the most is that they delayed FFXII for this? **** i cant believe this someone needs to pay .

Aren't there enough posts like this? Listing pathetic reasons why they hate the games. Don't you think it's up to the individual to decide their likes and dislikes? Another point here, remember that Final Fantasy is Japanese. The characters where designed to reflect this. FFX was a more traditional view, and FFX-2 is a more modern view. The games are not designed to be liked by Americans and Europeans, they where designed to be popular in Japan where the styles are more similar to the Dress spheres. If you don't like the games don't mess it up for other people. If you hate FFX don't bother using the board, if you hate FFVIII, don't bother using the board, seeing a pattern yet? OK admittedly this isn't the best Final Fantasy ever, but there are just so many threads like this it just gets boring.
