Well I am at the very end and I can't get through the final aeon.Can any one give me some tips?

u mean Yu Yevon or an actual Aeon?
if its an aeon than jus kick some arse. u got that far so u can beat that final aeon no sweat

And if it's Yu Yevon just do some cruising on the sphere grid. Yu Yevon's rediculously easy once you've put some time into the sphere grid.

It can't be Yu Yevon because you can't die, you have auto-life. For the final aeon you need to have at least 3000-5000 HP, and all aeons. Your first few times might be tough, but after you learn the pattern you should be fine.

if u haven't got some of the secret stuff (celestial weapons, all overdrives, all aeons, etc) then i suggest u turn back. u can get so much out of this game without completing it. if u still can't beat jecht then just stat build inside sin. i would get the things i mentioned above then kill complete the game, tjhen og back for the rest of the secret stuff. this way the end doesn't seem disappointingly easy wen ur stats are maxed ut and it takes 2 attacks to kill jecht!!!

Uh... Actually you can die when fighting yu-yevon. You have the auto-life thing on when you're fighting your aeons.
