what FF do you want remade on the PS3?

it's an old dumb question but i'm just wondering what people think....

of course like most people wanted ff7 would be nice but I think ff6 and tactics might work...even if it's the sprites themselves that lent the charm to those games. I think Tactics with nice tall characters and fully generated weapons and flashy cg scenes would be nice...the game was kind of underrated for all its being great so maybe they should resurrect it and give it the flash it deserves.

I say Nine, I thought teh seens were awsome on the PS, I'd love to see those seens updated to ps3 graphics.

I doubt they would do this... but i'd love them to do FFVIII i think they could improve it so much more and go indepth with more of the minor charactors... i loved the storyline so it would be nice if they had voices in it.

I'd rather a game with a battle system like tactics with all of the characters from the previous FF's, each with their own unique abilities, in an open ended world so enhance replay value. I'm beginning to tire of all of these remakes. Hell, half of the games these days are remakes rather than original material. I guess when movies started being rereleased it was only a matter of time.

Ummm.... Movies were being remade before video games really existed. I do think your idea has merit though.

Flying Mullet is right, but if they made a FF VI remake with marvellous Amano graphics I wouldn't spit on it for sure.

I can't say I'd like to see any of them remade.

If plastering on shiney graphics is the only way to get gamers to play the older games, then they don't deserve to play them in the first place.

Besides, if they remake any of them, it'd be FFVII or FFVIII and there's enough of that crap already.

That would be on a whole other level. It would be awsome if they actualy did that. Especialy with more experiance, technology and what not, what they could do with FFVI would just be sweet!

A new game in the series would be better, though.

Yeah, it's not a Final Fantasy, but if any of Square's games (besides FFIII, so that it finally gets a release outside Japan) get remade, it should be Chrono Trigger.
