how come on FF origins for PS1 in England, he is called Mindu?
For the same reason he's called "Minh" or something in the NES original...Originally Posted by final-andy

Yeah, Minwu rocks. He's all mysterious and what not and that what makes him cool
Vaan - "Hey, you!"
Penelo - "Yeah, you! The one reading this sig at this very moment!"
Vaan - "Interested in playing FFXII International Zodiac Job system?"
Ashe - "But you have no knowledge of the Japanese language?"
Fran - "....We could help...."
Balthier - "That's right, Fran! Just click on Crossblades' thread on the very bottom of this signature and it will show you all license grid translations, magicks and tecks locations, and other changes that were made!"
Basch - "Don't forget though. Swap Magic is needed to play this game if you don't own a japanese PS2."
Vaan - "Also remember that if you played the original, you'll have an easier time playing the international version. We hope you enjoy the International Zodiac Job System experience. See ya then!"

I think hes as mediocre as it gets.
MingWu is okay I suppose, I have not gotten very far (playing NES and beat GBA version) and have him right now, I rarely use any of his spells, so he's not very useful for me.
As for the GBA version, he's pretty good.
No, his name in the NES version is MingWuOriginally Posted by Light Mage
I've been looking all over the internet for a pic of him from FF: DoS on the GBA, and nothing!
I can't even find a pic of him from Origins on the Playstation!
Is there ANYWHERE that has a pic of Minwu?!

To clarify, Neo Demiforce translated the name as "Minh." RPGOne used "Ming-Wu." When reference was made to the character in FFT and FFIX, "Minu" was used. The name changed to "Mindu" in the FF Origins compilation, and "Minwu" in Dawn of Souls.
No, I am talking of the prototype, his name is MingWu in that one
Yes, and that had already been stated.
