Those are fantastic. Not only is the artwork great, but the concepts behind the artwork are wonderful. Love the high horse one.
Your paintings remind me a lot of Luke Chueh's work. Are you a fan of his? Because I can see a lot of similarlities, especially in the last painting.
I agree. I love the high horse one.Originally Posted by Miriel

You are correct about Luke, Im a big fan, and the last one is a throw back to his work.

Oh, it's beautiful. Wonderfully emotive. I'm sure Luke would be honored by such a homage.
Callahan I saw your drawings too in http://forums.ffshrine.org/showthread.php?t=25889
There so cute but what happened to the wabbit?
The world of silence maybe a cold and bitter one; like the deep wastes of the arctic regions, it is fit for neither man nor beast. Holding one’s tongue may be prudent, but it is an act of rejection; silence build walls – and walls are symbols of failure.![]()
yea, I kinda join the fourms at the same time, Luke was pretty indifferent about the whole idea of homage. Maybe he thought I was trying to steal his style? I dunno, but it was a luke warm reception. No pun intended.
Oooh... love the first one! The horse is just sooooo cute! I remember I use to feel that way when I tried to go horesbackriding when I was about eight. ^_^
Love the expressions!
The other drawings are great as well.
Poor bunny...
you're simplicity is wonderful
i love the way you paint, it's inspired me to get back to my painting and not be too critical of what I do...just do what you feel u know?
