No, they don't. Storms are named boy-girl-boy-girl and proceed through the alphabet. The most powerful ones are eliminated from the list of future storm names for a period of 80 years. Until now no year has seen the end of the list reached, but the procedure is to use letters of the greek alphabet if this does occur, which it almost certainly will now that we're at 'Wilma', the last in the list, a good six weeks before the end of the Hurricane season.
Oh, and the letters 'U', 'Q', 'X', 'Y', and 'Z' are not used, meaning there are a total of 21 names per year. Also in even-numbered years the first name is male, and in odd-numbered the first name is female.
