I usually eat about one meal a day, but sometimes i eat two
but eating is so hard with braces

I live on my own (meaning without parents) and I'm always low on cash so I dont eat more than once a day usually.
It's actually somewhat good for me, because if there's food in the house I'll snack just because it's there. not because I'm hungry.
