Well, I start my morning at 5:00 with a dozen raw eggs and a pound of tuna. After that, at 7:00, it's half a pound of raw beef. I wait until noon, then have boneless skinless chicken breast, usually baked, sometimes broiled, or sometimes I'll make a protein shake and marinate the chicken in it, then sautee it all together with some more tuna. Around 3:00, it's more raw beef, and then another breakfast at 6:00, and more tuna and raw eggs and protein shake at 9:00. When I'm not eating, I'm working out, and when I'm not working out, I'm eating. Or trying to find my penis.

Ummm...really. Usually twice a day, but not enough. Lately, at least one meal a day has been with my girlfriend.
