I need help on FFX PS2 Game

PLEASE HELP ME!!!!! I can't get past Seymour! The battle AFTER the wedding... He keeps killin' me! Please Help!!

What exactly do you have the biggest problem with? As in which attack in particular? A little more detail might be helpful

every time i start the battle seymour kills me right away...i only get a few turns!

chaos: Well, the most important thing to do is level up A LOT. That's what I do before any major, hard battle.

Rubedo: This is the first time you've encountered Seymour, correct? Come well equipped, with tons of items, and characters at good health. Of course, all of that stuff is obvious.

chaos: As fire of avalon said already, perhaps you should be a little more specific.

EDIT: chaos: Your problem could be solved with levelling up. Memorize his attack pattern as well, so you can be more prepared. If he uses any move with changes your status, like for example, Break, perhaps you could get some sort of cure for it, then, enter battle with him.

Be sure to learn reflect by the time you have reached him, and he shouldn't prove to be too much of a challenge.

if you have all aeon overdrives just let him have it and itll almost kill him or kill him. also use hcaracter overdrives. ive never fpund this guy hard at all though. what are your stats.

just charge up all your character and aeon overdrives n let him ave it!

if u hav wakka's attack reels then that shud just about finish him off. i don't know if blitzball has been blocked at that point in the game. but if not i recommend getting attack reels.

if u don't have attack reels then aeon overdrives are the way to go. u can call an aeon in, use the overdrive then seymour will dispatch it, so uve no need to worry about the recovery time! and as aeon overdrives attack everything, mortibody will take health from seymour to recover itself, doing even more damage to seymour.

If i remeber rightly he keeps using stone or sumin like that. Learn anti stone or whatever it is.

Reflect can be a lifesaver in this battle. If I remember correctly, you should also cast Reflect on him so he can't heal himself.

Poison AND Aeon nuke. That way mortibody absorbs his HP, he dismisses takes poison damager and overdrive damage. The battle will be over before you know it.
