Usernotes are completely broken.
Usernotes start counting pages at 0 instead of 1. Please see the attachment for irrefutable evidence. Now I don't want to accuse the staff of incompetence, but I think the current usernote page-numbering situation speaks for itself. Frankly I thought all of you were better than this. It appears I was wrong.
We're all moving towards hex numbering, anyways. 0 - F is more efficient.

Speaking of pages, the it says what page you're on in the browser title bar in threads with more than one page. Make it go away, change is bad.
