anyway... how do you do it?! with a program..?? cant donwload?? >.<

You use an image editting program, MS Paint, Paintshop Pro, Photoshop is the best. Though keep in mind, the latter two are expensive.. ;o

You CAN use paint, keep trying and you can make something nice, I've seen evidence.. o_o

Or you can use GIMP which is available for download. n_n I found it hard to use though..

I use PSP7, my copy of which is of course pirated.

I've found that Photoshop is less user-friendly than Paint Shop Pro, but Photoshop is an industry standard, and if you can learn to use that then you're pretty well eligible to pursue a career in professional graphic design.

Yeah, I myself use PSP9..

I have Photoshop too, but yeah, that is alot harder to use, hence why I use PSP.. >_>

The thing is though, for a cheaper price, you're getting a mini Photoshop, just with less effects etc. But to balance that out, you get a program that's easy to use. =o

I normally use Photoshop, but when I'm on computers which don't have Photoshop, such as this one, I force my slaves to make my signatures (example below. example of a sig, not a slave, although it wouldn't surprise me either way)
