Power Sources are good, but I don't think I had that many of them. IIRC, my Cloud on level 90+ was able to do 8000-9000+ damage with each hit from his Omnislash. Just give him a few Hero Drinks, and he should do 9999 damage with every hit (W-Item is good for getting more Hero Drinks).
