Musturd kicked my ass all over the place.
It's pretty easy, but not sort of "hold-down-the-trigger-and-you'll-get-through", there are some moments where you have to think about your elements thoroughly (the last battle being of paticular annoyance), plus the levelling system means you can't spend hours in the same place becoming uber, you HAVE to move on eventually.

I think Chrono Trigger is easy to play. It wasn't hard to figure everything out but it was not so easy as Final Fantasy 9(which of releasedate reasons i cleared in japanese)
I think it was the most impossible game in the world. Just to disagree with everyone else.

It posed no real challenge until I got to the end, fighting all these huge minibosses and escaping with minimal health.

Heh, funny. Maybe I just hit some superb element confirugation right in the start of the game, but I though it was uber easy. I've lost once in the game, against the thing in the Earth Dragon Isle, but that's it.

I really don't care if it's a little easy or not. To me, it's just fun.
