Just check the main site, they should have some news on there somewhere about it.
I haven't checked, myself, what the next update will include. But I'm going to guess it's partly the Halloween event stuff. Then probably just the typical new features and quests with every update.

I'm pretty sure they said it's a hardware maintanence. And the halloween stuff has already been put in (can check it in the model viewer) - but I guess they could still be setting it up.

The nice thing about a hardware update is that it won't mean downloading a patch that takes 2 hours to complete.
Well, there was a very small patch, around 20 seconds to download. So it's not that big of a deal.
But now me, and everyone I know, are getting a POL error when connecting but they said the servers are up. >.<;
